El Planeta Spanish language newspaper, American Heart Association and Brigham and Women’s Hospital are proud to announce that this year’s annual HEALTH AND FAMILY/ SALUD Y FAMILIA event will be held on Sunday, September 30th 2012. nnThis year the event will be celebrating its seventh anniversary and we hope for an especially large and diverse turnout to the largest health and wellness event dedicated to Boston’s ever-growing number of multicultural families.
This fun and exciting event will be held on September 30th, 2012 at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center at Roxbury Community College at 1350 Tremont Street from 12 noon to 4 PM. The location is just minutes away from the Roxbury Crossing T stop on the orange line.
HEALTH AND FAMILY/ SALUD Y FAMILIA 2012 will unite over 3,000 people and dozens of exhibitors, healthcare service providers, employers and other with a specific focus this year not only on addressing the health needs of Greater Boston’s Hispanic families, but of all of the region’s multicultural families. Visitors are sure to be treated to a day of fun for children of all ages and a wide range of health advice for all participants.
